I googled A/C repair and Alex’s Pool heating and Air Conditioning had 4.9 stars so I called. Christa answered the phone she had John come out within 2 hours to my home and their fee was only $75 AND they applied it to the cost of the repair which was a total of $325 AND they got the part the next day and John was back and had the unit repaired and I’m sitting in a much cooler home giving them a review they deserve. Absolutely wonderful and professional people to work with and definitely the kind of business that values their customer by acting promptly and charging reasonable rates. 🙂 This all came about as a result of my disappointment with Executive Cooling and Heating in Punta Gorda, the people that installed the system who came out and charged me $95 to diagnose the problem and wanted another $700 to repair after they ordered the part which would take 2 days to come in. 🙁
